Refund and Returns

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:
  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return:
  • Opened food products and groceries.
  • Opened Kerala spices and consumable products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Return Request Period

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if they wish to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after the return period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
  • Damaged products.
  • Defective products.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:
  • Customers may be instructed to return the product to the designated return address.
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the return is due to our mistake.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other situations.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will fall under our return policy.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  • Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
